Return & Exchange Policy.
General Return Period: 30 days, new and unused products (except scuba equipment) in the original factory box.
All scuba custom equipment sales are final and cannot be returned.
Scuba equipment returns period: 30 days, new and unused scuba in the original factory box and didn’t expose to the water. You can receive a full refund as a store credit which can be used for a one-year period, or you can receive your money back minors a 10 percent restocking fee. All refunds have to be completed through super diver 911 store not NEX scuba products.
How to Initiate a Return:

Conditions: New, unused, original packaging, proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable: Custom items, final sale. Defective or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days. We cover shipping for
confirmed defects/errors.
Refunds: Processed in 5‒10 business days.
Exchanges: Return item for refund, then place a new order.

Domestic Shipping: Costs calculated at checkout. Expedited options available.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS. Customs duties/taxes
are buyer's responsibility.
Special Notes: PO Boxes via USPS, APO/FPO via USPS Priority Mail.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Report within 48 hours for damage, 2 days for lost items.
